The hotel offers a convenient location with beautiful views of the Rio Grande valley and city. The staff provides great service, and there is a nice restaurant on site. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and the proximity of parking to the front of the hotel. The pool was a nice amenity to enjoy during my stay.

The staff here is pleasant and very courteous, they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, the rooms are attractive, spacious, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during a severe thunderstorm. They took the time to find me a room, even though they were fully booked. Cesar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a suite for the inconvenience. The service provided by the front desk staff was exceptional and made me feel valued as a guest. The room itself was excellent, with ample hot water and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my business trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

I wanted to walk around downtown, but we we're near the airport. However, they did shuttle me around.

Everything was great, the hotel was great and pretty. The staff was pleasant and very courteous, excellent service. Our room was spotless, new-fashioned and equipped with a king bed in the bedroom and TV and fridge.

the location was comfy and unbeatable, within a short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the room was reasonably priced and brand-new, with mini fridges and a large bathroom. 3. the hotel even had a "basement" level.

The Exterior looks nice, and I am sure the rooms & suites are nice also. The handicap room we were put in was not nice or clean, even though we requested a diffrent room.

The desk clerk was rude, and the communication between the front desk clerks is bad. We called earlier to tell the front desk that we would be a little late in comming in and not to cancel our reservation. They went ahead and cancelled our reservation and said there was no note anywhere indicating that we were still comming in. The front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do, but still charge us for the room. We told him we are here now and to give us the room, he said he gave away our room already. We told him, if there was anything he could do, like giving us a refund or another room. He said he didn`t know how to use the computer to give us a refund or give us another room. Finally there was a call that came in and told him to give us the handicap room, and said that was the only room left. We got the room, and check on our computer on your site, and found there were several rooms still available for that day or weekend. This was my experience with Holiday Inn - Thanks for letting me respond.
